While I don’t update this blog often, we are always working on new versions of Honorbuddy and development is continuing.

There are tons of great community plugins out there, and I thought I’d write an updated list of some of the best:

eStat – Character tracking & Forum signatures
KingSMS – Text yourself when you level
eTrain – Automatically trains your character
eSafe – Improves safety
Extender – Answers player whispers
eAuction – Sells items on autopilot
AutoEquip – Automatically equips gear
eTalent – auto assigns talent points

All of these are currently available for Honorbuddy and greatly increase it’s functionality. It’s truly one of the safest and most automated leveling bots on the market.

Honorbuddy Plugin: eTrain – trains your character

This plugin is probably the most incredible new plugin released for Honorbuddy so far, by erenion, one of the plugin developers. What eTrain does, is detect when you need to train, fly from the nearest town to a capital city, train at your classes’ skill trainer, and fly back, before resuming your level 1-80 botting.

If you’ve been looking for a bot that “does it all”, Honorbuddy is truely it, with buying, selling, repairing, mailing, talent point assignment, skill training, pvp, and full level 1-80 automation.

Honorbuddy Plugin: Etalent 1.3

eTalent is a plugin that automatically distributes your talent points for you, based on your class, and optimal botting spec. Have you ever been annoyed because you had to research what spec was best for leveling, or have you wondered if your talent spec is costing you XP per hour? eTalent simplifies this, in that it does it for you!

Each class has an optimal talent spec built in, so you don’t even need to configure it. However, if you want to setup your own spec through the plugin, that is easily possible.

Honorbuddy Plugin: Ebuy – Buys food & ammo

Ebuy is a plugin that adds even more automation to your botting. While Honorbuddy sells, vendors, and mails, buying is still in testing, and ebuy should scratch this itch until it’s ready. For classes like the warrior or hunter that rely heavily on consumable items, Ebuy is essential, since it lets the bot handle purchasing rather then you having to.

For configuration, specify the items you wish to purchase, the amount, and the minimum to have before buying more.

Honorbuddy Plugin: Auto Disenchant 1.0

A relatively simple, but highly useful plugin for Honorbuddy, Auto Disenchant is great on your main, or disenchanting bank character. With a single button press, this plugin will automatically disenchant every green in your inventory. If you think tradeskills take way too long, this may be the plugin for you.

Honorbuddy 1.19 – bug fixes and excellent plugins

Fixes include:
1. RAF toons release when dead.  Thanks Deathwalker and others for pushing this.
2. Get close to the Spirit Healer in AV even if the cc has left it strafing.
3. Improved skinning.
4. Smoother “stop” logic n combat.
5. Carries on grinding while waiting for deserter buff to clear.
6. Process selector added to allow you NOT select the leader’s WoW in RAF mode.
7. Test of ePriest as default priest.  No config needed.
8. AV crashes fixed.
9. Target logic no longer gives undue weight to hostile mobs.  Thanks Panyama and others for pointing this out.
10. Improved AV mesh – less Horde player getting stuck.

Plugins by Erenion:
1. eTalent – sets Talents.
2. eTrain.  Flies to the capital city, goes to trainer, buys skills and then flies back to patrol zone.  Don’t be mean – make sure that your toon has some gold for training!

Honorbuddy Plugin: Tidybags 1.3

Our first featured plugin, Tidybags automatically opens or “uses” items like clams, primals, and etarnals. If you’ve farmed these sorts of items before you know that they have a bad habit of stacking up.

With this handy plugin Honorbuddy has to go to the vendor and mail far less often.

Introduction: Plugins for Honorbuddy

One of the incredible new features for Honorbuddy is plugins. These are user created scripts that can add features and functionality to the bot. They are all available for download on the forums for free (You  can even use them with the trial version of Honorbuddy).

Some of the plugins we’ll be highlighting in the next few days:

  • Auto Disenchant v1.0 – Disenchants items on your DE’ing bank characters

Honorbuddy 1.1.7 – RaF, Plugins, improved Looting and improved PVP

This is a very big release with 4 main features:

1. Nesox has implemented RaF. If you make a Refer a Friend group, and put the group leader in the Options, your party members will autotomatically pick up the leader’s quests, fight in support of the leader and auto hand-in quests when they ar enear the quest hand-in NPC. This will be the fastest possible 1-60 leveling.

2. We have a plug-in system that Main has created and enclosed the first sample for a logout timer. Erenion has already a plugin for automatic talent selection. Beans is doing a Profile Maker.

3. Faster looting.

4. Better management of the PVP / Farming mixed modes so the correct profile is always loaded.
