In this blog I’ll be detailing by progress botting a Deathknight from 60-80 with none other then WoWMimic, the wow leveling bot here at privatewowbot.com. After some gold farming with WoWMimic, Blu has finally got her epic flying mount! After this it’s all downhill from here, now she can officially begin resource farming. If you’re interested in the Gathering Bot, but don’t want to shell out more cash for yet another bot, don’t worry, as you can make back the cost of the bot in just day or 2 selling your farmed gold to other players or gold buying sites. Since Blu doesn’t have either Herbalism or Mining, I can use either WoWMimic or Gatherbuddy gathering profiles to train her up to 450. Profile: Sholazar Basin Stormwright’s Shelf 77-80
Hurrah! Blu just dinged 80 moments ago. Today I farmed in Stormwright’s Shelf, fighting level 79 mobs. This area is perfect for Blu as it has more mobs and adds then most profiles, which actually boosts her xp/hour. This mount requires a flying mount to reach. I purchased the training for flying, which is why my gold dropped today. I haven’t picked up epic flying yet, but I hope to get it in another day after I sell the eternals looted. This profile is great for farming as you get both air and water eternals. For now I’m happy to have just dinged, but tomorrow I’ll be back beginning my gold farming with wowmimic!

Profile: Sholazar Basin Mosswalker Village 75-80
This profile starts in east Sholazar Basin, farming humanoids. Relatively quiet, this is a great profile for greens, blues, and frostweave cloth. Even with Frostweave selling at a relatively low price on my realm, I’m still making a very good amount of gold with the quantity farmed here. Blu cuts through these guys like butter, never resting or stopping. In fact, her main limitation is the time between fights, and it’s quite welcome when she takes on 3 mobs at a time. I’ve been running this profile continuously, and making quite good XP per hour. I should be 80 in another day! Download this profile at wowmimic!

Profile: Dragonblight 72-76 Eternal Water Farming
Today’s profile from the WoWMimic forums took me to Dragonblight. This is nice as it’s only a stone’s throw away from Borean Tundra. This is a relatively small profile but completely abandoned in my experience. In all the time botting here I noticed not one player, and received no whispers from players in the area. This is a great profile for farming Eternal Water, especially at a lower level. 80s avoid it as there are better spots in the higher level zones, but it’s still great for making some gold while you level up. I vendored all my greens and was able to upgrade a lot of my armor this way, which worked out quite well. This profile ran without any disconnects overnight, with WoWMimic vendoring and repairing on autopilot!

Profile: Borean Tundra Steeljaw’s Caravan 68-74
Starting things off in Northrend I’m running a path in Borean Tundra that kills humanoids. This path is nice as it doesn’t require skinning to be profitable, like the many mammoth killing paths available. I’ve been getting over 160k xp/hour with mostly the basic level 58 deathknight armor and the starting Northrend two-hander.
WoWMimic has been running fine all day without a hitch. I received a few alerts when players whispered me, but these were all level 1 gold spammers. If you’re looking for true automation in wow, this bot is the answer.

Profile: Shadowmoon Valley Primal Fire Farming 68+
I ran Blu on yet another profile from the renowned WoWMimic forums. This profile was quite good in its time for farming primal fires and also serves well as a leveling profile killing level 69 mobs. Primal Fires still seem to sell relatively well so this can still be something of a moneymaker. WoWMimic has a very handy feature to automatically convert or transmute items for you, such as motes and crystallized fire, etc. This comes in handy as it keeps your inventory from quickly filling up.
This profile ran fine all night and today, without a single disconnect. I trained up to my latest spells, and now I’m headed to Northrend!

Profile: Nagrand Kurenai Rep 64+
Today I ran Blu in Nagrand, farming Kurenai Rep. This particular profile is from the WoWMimic forums, by member “freakydicky”. This is a great profile with quick respawns and nice rep gain. Not only do killing the mobs give rep, the looted Obsidian Warbeads and Oshu’gun Crystal Powder Samples are also turned in. Today I reached Exalted with the Kurenai faction, and got a Tabard and Silver War Talbuk, as pictured. I also turned in the Crystal Powder samples to pick up a free 18 slot bag from Halaa.
Tonight I am selling the cloth in the AH and moving on to my next profile which you’ll find all about tomorrow! Stay tuned!

Today I finished botting in Zangarmarsh and moved on to Nagrand (I’ll talk more about my new profile tomorrow). I set most of the gray and white drops to automatically delete in lootfilter, which greatly reduced my profits, as expected. I’m not too worried about gold right now, as I plan to farm for a day or two at 80 to purchase all my epic mount training so I can begin using the gathering bot. Why waste my time at lower levels for a smaller profit.
My deathknight is using this talent spec: www.wowhead.com. WoWMimic automatically detects which spells you have on your hotbars and only uses these spells. I just learned Dancing Rune Weapon, and it started using it instantly. I’m looking forward to letting you in on the profile I’m using, tomorrow!

Profile: Preincluded Zangarmarsh 63-65 Zabra’Jin
Today I made great progress botting Blu from 60-63. One of the big positives of Deathknights is they come out of their starting zone very well geared, and remain a very powerful class all the way to 80. WoWMimic makes use of the Blood Spec which keeps my health above 90% at all times, no downtime at all. I botted in Zangarmarsh with a profile that is preincluded with WoWMimic. While there is a very nice [Captured Firefly] profile available on the forums, this is more commonly botted, and there are more players in this area. This Zabra’Jin profile is rather out of the way and was entirely deserted. I haven’t taken any professions. When I hit 80 I’ll be powerleveling mining and farming with wowgatheringbot!
